Information 

​

We are located on Swanse seafront,  very near town centre and university. Read here some general information on prices and  terms and conditions.

​

Double en-suite with sea-view  Total for room £80-£90 per room per night bed and breakfast.

​

Twin or double en-suite with rear view Total for room £75 -£85 per room, per night bed and breakfast

​

Single with own shower, with separate WC £40 - £48 per night, bed and breakfast

​

Dogs are welcome at our Guest House upon request

An additional charge for dogs is  £10 per room (just once) per stay

​

Special long term rates for Contractors - Please ring for details

We accept children staying in room with a parent or guardian. Please contact us with age/s of child/children and we can let you know a price and if we have a room that can accommodate.

Also a cot can be added to some rooms. Highchair also supplied.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

All online bookings will be confirmed by email. Your booking is treated as just an inquiry until confirmation is sent to you. We will then ask for a deposit.

 

Deposits: We ask for a deposit to secure a booking which is deducted from the total cost of the room, with the balance payable on arrival. Deposits are non refundable.

 

Cancellations: Any cancellation should be made as soon as possible. If you fail to arrive without giving us notice we will charge the first night of the booking in full. If you cancel on the day of arrival we reserve the right to charge for the first night in full.

 

Late arrivals: Reception usually closes at 21:00. We will usually not take bookings for arrivals after this time. We ask for and estimated time of arrival when you book. If you are running late please keep us informed. Once you have checked in you will have 24 hour access to the premises after this time.

 

Check out: Is 10.00 am on the day of departure. It may be possible to arrange a later checkout with prior notice.

 

Groups: We will not normally take bookings for more than three rooms online but would be happy to discuss group bookings on the telephone.

Dogs: We can take dogs but we need prior notice and conditions apply including:

dog/s are not allowed to swim in the sea, dog/s are not left alone in the room, dog/s must be quiet, well behaved and house trained, you must supply a bed/blanket etc for your dog to sleep on which must be placed on the floor of your room.

 

Children: Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

By making a booking and paying a deposit you are agreeing to a contract between yourself and ourselves.
